[ hello hello! maomao can find taair, no longer sexy, standing out by the hot springs, peering around the corner to look at the baths with wide, round eyes. ]
Oh, this is amazing...! Isn't it just? How lucky, that you might come into a place with something like this - I've heard the Vlder Mountains have springs like this one, you know.
[ he has yet to realize someone is there, but...he's talking to someone, apparently! or maybe himself? who knows. ]
[ Maomao is going to be still dressed up, but she will be putting her hair up in a high ponytail as she comes to visit him at the hospital. While she knows have already took care of him, she still wants to check! She also has some cute tea with her. ]
I'm assuming you've already been given medication for the pain. Would you like tea?
taair is sitting on a bed when she comes in - he straightens up immediately, obediently, as you might do for a doctor. ]
Mm. It's alright... I think it must have looked worse than it was? My head just hurts... [ but, ah - despite it all, he smiles, gentle. ] ... That would be very kind, Miss Maomao. Thank you.
[ her tone remains rather neutral, but she does think he did well.
his wounds are likely much heavier in the heart, but that isn't for her to touch and heal. touching other people's hearts is something she can not do. ]
maomao is going to watch the events and thoughts play across the surfaces of the mirrors. after it starts to cycle through a second time, she will turn to look at taair ]
[ ah. well... when the memories cycle again, she'll see taair standing with his fingertips on the glass, particularly through the beginning - that awful, blurry mess. maomao speaking is what snaps him out of it, and he glances over, shaking his head to stir himself from what felt like a dream.
... right. he puts on a smile, soft, a little apologetic himself. ]
Ah... it's alright. Nothing to be done for it, it seems. [ lore spaghetti just thrown right out there as usual. ]
taair can be found after the trial sitting outside in the flower garden with his sketchbook, a cup of tea beside him. he doesn't immediately look up to company! but he can certainly be bothered. ]
[ coming to do a medical checkup on our POOR DOCTOR is...taair! he knocks on the edge of the doorframe before he pokes his head in, vibes worried and concerned. ]
[ emotions are still bad, but more muted. just the undercurrent of paranoia and abandonment issues. we're fine. it take her a moment or two before she answers. ]
[ the good news is taair's emotions are very calm - that worry and concern remains, but pretty much the instant he steps into the room, he's able to muffle them down a few pegs, and he dips his head in polite greeting, and then offers her a small, soft smile. ]
It's good to see you're awake. Do you mind if I see to your injuries...?
[ there's a note of relief in his emotions - good. that's good to hear. ]
Thank goodness. [ and when she asks, he turns the sketchbook so she can see - it's a portrait! this one is of akihiko. it's maybe a little more far along than you might expect. ]
[ hi hello! we are in italy today. taair is standing in the museum, standing a bit back from this piece of art with an expression that could be best described as abject fascination. ]
taair is here in bed like a good boy - he's curled up under like several blankets, bandaged, and changed into comfy clothes. since you mentioned antivenom, she would know that he was absolutely poisoned by some sort of spider venom, but the reaction seems to have lessened greatly upon arrival - now it's more like a bad allergic reaction and a fever as opposed to dying. yay
this means he still looks like shit, even from under his blanket pile, but at least he is dry and bandaged. his gaze is distant, but when he's addressed, he glances over - taair's thoughts do a scribble again, and he forces himeself to focus.
and then he smiles, soft, tired. ] Miss Maomao. [ and dips his head. ] Thank you for your help...

looking at him and then looking at the baths. ]
They do look like they would put the Verdigris House's baths to shame.
