Oh - I didn't even think about there being a library!

The palace in Lightgloam City's library was fairly impressive - though, it was lacking and quite biased. I imagine if there is one here, it will depend on the quality of the ruler who owned the place. Either way, it doesn't matter - even a biased library would provide sources to investigate.
